Commissions
Each of you has a different relationship with certain saints or members of the Holy Family. I would love to write an icon under your guidance, listening to the stories about a particular image and its significance in your life or the lives of those you love. Then, we can work together to write an icon that articulates that saint and his or her particular connection with you. The individual relationship between you and your icon, personalizes an extremely rich tradition, drawing you ever the more into the realm of the eternal. Or, if you prefer, we can simplify this process by choosing a traditional prototype that I will paint for you.

How it Works
1. Contact me. Go to the contact page and send me a message. Click here
2. Choose an Icon. We will start a conversation about the saint or image to which you have a devotion.
3. Choose an image. I will send you images to give you a better idea of the way the saint is traditionally pictured, and we can use those images to shape your icon. We will discuss size, colors, postures etc...
4. Payment. After planning the icon, I will let you know the price. Currently, I receive payments for commissions via check or venmo. You will pay half of the amount at the start of the process and one half upon completion.
5. It's yours. After payment is received, I will write your icon and send it home to you in the mail.

OTHER SIZES: I am very happy to write an icon of custom sizing for you. If you desire an icon of a different size than my three stock icons, contact me. We can discuss what I have in stock and make arrangements to order the necessary materials.
**Note: The price and timeline for completion may vary due to size, shape, the amount of gold leaf used, and the amount of customization. I can give you an approximate time that the icon will be finished and update you on the process as it unfolds. The price will be set in advance of the start date.
